Support Aboriginal families with holistic, culturally responsive dietetic care in Tamworth, helping close the gap for children aged 0–8 years. This is a Temporary Part Time role (20 hours per week) with a classification of Dietitian Level 1/2. 
Responsibilities 
- Provide flexible, holistic, and culturally responsive health services to Aboriginal families with children aged 0–8 years 
- Work within the Current Directions multidisciplinary team (Aboriginal Health Workers/Practitioners, Social Workers, and Dietitians) to facilitate positive connections between community and health services 
- Foster partnerships with the Closing the Gap in health outcomes for Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander community members 
Qualifications 
- Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics 
- Eligible for full membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia 
Requirements 
- Australian citizen or permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows work in Australia; temporary visa holders only as allowed by visa conditions 
- Eligible list may be created for future temporary part-time vacancies
