Job Title: Contract Administrator

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for multiple contract administrator roles across a range of residential and commercial builders throughout Sydney. These businesses include tier 2 commercial contractors, luxury residential builders, and developer-builders with strong pipelines and long-standing reputations in the market.

Project values range from $10M to $100M, covering new builds, major refurbishments, mixed-use developments, and high-spec fit-outs.

As a contract administrator, you'll be working closely with a senior CA and project manager to drive contract and financial management from start to finish. Projects vary depending on the builder — roles are available on multi-storey apartment builds, high-end homes, commercial towers, fit-outs, and service-heavy refurbishments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, and letting
- Negotiate and finalise contracts and supplier agreements
- Track project costs and assist with monthly financial reporting
- Administer variations, progress claims, and payment schedules
- Maintain RFI registers and support project documentation workflows
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to overall program delivery with a focus on cost, compliance, and timeframes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in construction management, quantity surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a contract administrator
- Proven background working on residential or commercial projects valued at $10M+
- Knowledge of contracts administration, cost tracking, and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with cheops, Aconex, or similar project systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
