Are you a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for improvement? We're looking for a Business Performance Manager to play a key role in driving performance across our aged care, home care, and retirement living services.

This is a remote, full time opportunity, open to applicants in Australia, with travel required to support teams on-site as needed.

About the Role: This is a rare opportunity to contribute to sector-leading innovation in aged care while working with a collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Performance Officer (CPO), you will support the financial and operational performance of the organisation by:
* Monitoring and analysing business performance
* Identifying opportunities for improvement
* Supporting implementation of strategies
* Helping build capability across teams and services

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse and track performance data to support decision-making
* Maintain dashboards and KPI tracking tools aligned to the CPO's framework
* Prepare clear, timely, and accurate performance reports
* Identify and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial outcomes
* Translate complex data into actionable insights for managers and shared services
* Assist with forecasting, scenario modelling, and trend analysis
* Collaborate with operational and support teams to drive performance improvements
* Build capability across the organisation to understand and use performance data
* Support presentations, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders

About You: We're looking for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and outcome-focused, with a positive and down-to-earth attitude that aligns well with our supportive, purpose-driven team culture.

You Will Have
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in business analysis, performance management, or continuous improvement
* Ability to interpret financial and operational data
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Experience working in complex or multi-site environments

Desirables:
* Experience in aged care, healthcare, or regulated service environments
* Familiarity with aged care funding models (e.g., AN-ACC, HCPs, Support at Home)
* Experience supporting change and improvement initiatives
