THE ROLE… We're on the hunt for a Site Manager to oversee Beaumont Tiles' installation projects across the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions. Reporting to the State Installations Manager, this role ensures the successful, on-time, and cost-effective delivery of projects in line with our quality standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support tradespeople, including tilers, waterproofers, and caulkers
* Manage contractor performance and ensure regulatory compliance (NCC, Building Code)
* Oversee scheduling and job readiness for installation works
* Conduct on-site inspections and ensure QA compliance
* Support safety culture and incident reporting using Safety culture
* Maintain accurate records via Buildertrend and other reporting systems
* Foster positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

* Builders Licence, Tilers Certificate, or relevant construction trade
* White Card and a valid Driver's Licence

* Tech confidence – comfortable using systems and apps
