An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a newly established real estate office in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, converting opportunities and being a key driver of growth.
You will take ownership of new business generation, nurture relationships, convert warm enquiries and position the office as a trusted advisor in the market.

The Person
You are personable, polished and motivated by results. You enjoy engaging with clients, building rapport and showcasing the value of premium service. You are proactive and confident in identifying opportunities and converting them into new managements.
* Previous experience in real estate business development, leasing or sales with BDM exposure
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* A professional presentation style
* A strong self starter mindset along with target driven motivation
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Your own vehicle and valid driver's licence
