Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a customer-focused and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our members, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the face of our club, greeting and saying goodbye to all members and guests, answering any questions and handling member complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
You will also be responsible for monitoring club access, operating the Point-of-Sale system, collecting past due accounts, and organizing daily cleaning zones. Additionally, you will assist with club housekeeping, restocking paper products in the locker room, and complete monthly Black Card Spa maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
* Certifications: Certificate 3 in Fitness.
* Must be currently First Aid and CPR certified and provide proof upon request.
* Must have your Working With Children certificate/number from NSW & VIC, Blue Card QLD from employment commencement date or proof that the process has started.
* Must have completed a National Police Check certificate within the last 12 months.
