Role Description
As a Display Home Sales Host, you will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, warmly welcoming and engaging with visitors at our display homes in the Greater Melbourne Area. This in office role involves providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, sharing information about Simonds Homes, and supporting the sales team by assisting with inquiries and guiding visitors through display properties. Additionally, you will help maintain the presentation of the display homes and ensure an inviting environment for all guests.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with visitors and deliver a positive experience
* Sales-related experience with the ability to identify client needs and provide relevant solutions
* Training and onboarding skills to support teams and ensure understanding of processes
* Experience in Food & Beverage or other hospitality fields is an advantage in providing exceptional service
* A friendly, professional demeanor and ability to work independently
* Flexibility to work on-site during weekends and public holidays as per the needs of the business
* Knowledge or experience in real estate or home construction is a strong plus
