Boiling Pot Brewing Co. is seeking a talented Head Chef to run our kitchen Our menu is centred around house-made Roman-style pizzas and a range of simple, quality dishes designed to complement and elevate the flavours of our craft beers.
As the Head Chef, you will play a key role in managing inventory, Cost of Goods, rostering and controlling kitchen costs to ensure operational efficiency alongside the Front of House Manager. This position is perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works autonomously, is self-motivated and is passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences.

Our opening hours are Thursday and Friday nights from 5 pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12 pm, meaning Monday to Wednesday are free to enjoy beautiful Noosa with a half day Thursday and Friday
