Lead our daily clinical and training operations and support our continued growth.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to play a vital role in overseeing the smooth and efficient running of all our programs both onsite in our Neurologic Music Therapy clinic and offsite with our Australia wide training programs (RAMSR). You will be responsible for administrative processes, executing marketing projects and assisting the director, whilst also supporting a dedicated small clinical team to ensure an exceptional service delivery for children and adults with disability.

Rhythmic Integrations (RI) provides therapy services, communication support and professional development training. We are a team of Allied Health practitioners and educators committed to providing high-quality, evidence based services to the community.
RI is home to Rhythm and Movement for Self Regulation (RAMSR) – a cutting edge evidence program developed at the Queensland University of Technology and designed to improve the self regulation and executive functioning skills in children.
The Role:
The role is 16-20 hours per week (opportunity for flexible hours/delivery), with the potential for additional hours in the longer term. The work includes both administrative and marketing assistant tasks.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in administration, practice management or marketing preferred.
* Interest in allied healthcare, disability and/or early childhood development preferred
* Confident and strong communication skills (you will be required to spend a portion of the hours/week in the clinic venue and be the first point of call for greeting families)
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
