About The Role
We're expanding and on the hunt for experienced, passionate Dermal Therapists to join our vibrant team at Medaesthetics. If you're someone who lives and breathes skin health, thrives in a fast-paced clinic, and loves making people feel amazing—this is the role for you! You will work alongside experienced clinicians and play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of high-end Dermal treatments, including:
o Skin needling
o Chemical peels
o Hydrafacials
o LED therapy
o Advanced Laser treatments
o Body Contouring
o Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
* Achieve clinic targets and KPI's
* Maintain detailed client records and clinical documentation
* Provide pre- and post-treatment care advice
* Recommend and retail professional skincare products
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, infection control, and clinic presentation
* Build strong, long-term client relationships
* Work collaboratively within a professional team environment
Skills & Experience
* Hold a relevant qualification in Dermal Science, with demonstrated experience in advanced dermal and laser treatments
* Minimum 2-3 years of dermal therapy experience
* A warm, friendly, and professional demeanour
* Immaculate grooming and presentation as you will be the face of the clinic
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Full Australian work-rights with no restrictions
