We are seeking an experienced and organized finance professional to join our team as a Finance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, supporting the finance team with client billing and month-end journals, and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Owning the purchasing function: create requisitions, manage orders, and set up vendors in Ariba software.
 * Providing support to the finance team with client billing, month-end journals, and ad hoc tasks.
 * Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures.
Requirements:
 * Previous experience in finance administration is essential.
 * Familiarity with SAP and Ariba software is preferred.
 * A solid understanding of project accounting in operations or maintenance settings is required.
 * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are necessary.
