Due to expectionally fast growth we have two NEW Pharmacy Assistant positions available — both full‐time roles based at our Coolangatta clinic. 1 is customer facing, the other is upstairs assisting with our postage and distribution service.

As a Pharmacy Assistant at Green Life, you'll support the daily operations of our modern, patient‐centred dispensary, helping streamline access to plant‐based medicine. You'll assist with dispensing, patient enquiries, stock management, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is hands‐on and customer‐focused — ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. You'll be part of a supportive team that embraces innovation, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to improving patient quality of life.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
* S2/S3 Community Pharmacy certification
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
* Supporting patients with prescription ordering and general enquiries
* Answering phone calls and queuing prescriptions for dispensing
* Maintaining accurate patient information and records
* Following dispensary procedures to ensure efficient workflow
* Invoicing and managing OTC stock
* Assisting the pharmacist as required
Skills & Experience
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Adaptability in a fast‐paced environment
* Ability to build positive relationships with patients and colleagues
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work both independently and within a team
* Familiarity with eRx and ASL
* Experience with Z Software (preferred but not essential)
