Our client offer a range of maintenance and construction services across multiple sectors including rail, emergency services, education, health, government and defence.
About the role
Reporting into the sector leaders you will be responsible for client liaison and management, reporting, job scheduling and resource allocation, quoting and invoicing for the maintenance division.
Please note there are 2 roles available. These roles will be placed in the Rail team or the Health & Government team.
What will you be doing?
Manage customer communication and coordination of work orders
Schedule and coordinate work orders, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance.
Issue purchase orders
Ensure timely completion and sign-off of work orders
Generate and submit scheduled customer reports in line with contractual obligations
Invoice completed works within customer deadlines
Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative support to the Service team
About you
Administration experience ideally in building or facilities management industry but not necessary
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft software
Ability to work co-operatively with clients, suppliers, and team members to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
Have a proactive, can do attitude
