Job Description:
We have a number of GP roles available as we expand our service support to focus on physical health.
You will be supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers and nurses.
In this role, you will:
* Conduct high-quality GP assessments for young people aged 12–25.
* Manage Mental Health Care Plans and referrals.
* Address physical and mental health concerns, including preventive care.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Receive clinical supervision and tailored administrative support.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:
* AHPRA-registered GP with relevant qualifications.
* Experience in youth and/or mental health.
* Skilled in evidence-based treatment and multidisciplinary collaboration.
* Strong communication and care coordination abilities.
