Green Light are currently looking for a Project Manager with expertise in Service Integration and Management (SIAM) to join our Project Delivery Team in Canberra.

You will lead complex, hybrid SIAM service delivery program. This role will provide governance in a complex structure, driving strategic transformation initiatives, ensuring integration across service providers, and delivering measurable outcomes aligned with business and customer objectives.
Responsibilities
* Owns end to end delivery of large-scale hybrid SIAM Service delivery and managed service.
* Lead transformation initiatives to uplift SIAM services
* Define and manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
* Implement and manage SIAM frameworks to manage multi-supplier environments.
* You will manage:
o uplifts to Practices incorporating ServiceNow changes
o Linking in with OCM
o Monitoring the development lifecycle for ServiceNow
o Uplifting reports (Power BI and ServiceNow)
Requirements
* Must have current min. Baseline clearance.
* 5 - 10+ years in program or portfolio management within IT services or consulting.
* Proven experience delivering SIAM-based service models in complex environments.
* Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, and service management best practices.
* Experience working with government or defence clients is highly desirable.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Expert, SIAM Foundation/Professional, PMP/Prince2) preferred.
