Overview
Terra Metals Ltd (ASX: TM1) is an emerging critical metals explorer advancing the Dante Project, a district-scale, layered mafic–ultramafic intrusion in the West Musgrave region of Western Australia. The Company has already defined a 148 Mt titanium–vanadium–gallium Mineral Resource Estimate at the Dante Reefs, with significant growth potential across multiple oxide and sulphide systems.
As the company scales rapidly, Terra Metals offers a dynamic, technically ambitious environment with the opportunity to help shape exploration strategy, build robust geological datasets, and make genuine contributions to discovery.
Key Responsibilities
* Log diamond core and RC chips to a high standard under senior guidance.
* Assist with mapping, sampling and structural measurements in the field.
* Maintain accurate digital logging and sampling records in Micromine.
* Support drill planning, collar marking and daily rig supervision.
* Ensure QA/QC procedures and sampling integrity are upheld.
* Participate in cultural heritage and environmental surveys when required.
* Contribute to a professional, safe and collaborative field culture.
About You
* Geology degree (BSc minimum).
* Good mineral identification and foundational structural geology skills.
* Strong observational, organisational and communication skills.
* Previous core logging or field experience is desirable but not essential.
* Minimum 3+ years of geological experience required.
* Respectful engagement with Indigenous communities and Country.
* Able to work FIFO in remote locations; manual driver's licence required.
* Flexibility to work variable FIFO roster patterns as required.
* Australian work rights required or sponsorship available for suitable candidates.
