We're currently seeking dedicated and experienced casual Personal Care Workers to join our community-focused team, supporting clients across Geelong.
As part of our community-focused team, all staff must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Australian driver's licence, and be ready and willing to travel throughout the region to support clients in their homes. Travel is a core requirement of this role. Training sessions will be held at our Ravenhall site, so some travel there may be required.
About the role
Our Home Care Workers provide assistance to our clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include:
* Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering
* Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
* Engaging in social activities as required.
* Domestic assistance / housework.

What do we need from you?
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
* Own vehicle
* Australian Driver licence
* First Aid & CPR
* Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
* Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
* Up to date Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
* Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
* Experience in care role highly regarded
