In response to our continued growth, First4Care is seeking to expand its Administration Team with an additional team member.

What a Typical Week at First4Care Looks Like:
Responding to new and existing enquiries and managing referrals.
Coordinating participant onboarding, appointments and scheduling requirements.
Organising and maintaining participant files, documentation and digital records.
Managing participant and contractor onboarding through CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Service Agreements.
Assisting with shift coverage, including communicating availability and confirming allocations.
Collecting, verifying and onboarding contractor compliance documentation.
Notifying the leadership team of any missing information, updates or compliance gaps.
Identifying trends, gaps and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
Proactively identifying emerging risks and supporting timely intervention through accurate documentation and clear communication.
Performing general administrative duties and ad-hoc business support tasks, including data entry.
This position requires availability to work during standard business hours to support our operations and client communication needs.
