Responsibilities
As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you\'ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You\'ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Multiple room centre from Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarden - this role is for our Nursery room
Exceeding - rated across all seven National Quality areas (NQS) - Join and be part of a team that strives to maintain this at ALL times
Centrally located with strong connections in the community - near local schools for drop off and working to a rotating roster where the team works together to ensure great cover for our children

You'll need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current WA Working with Children Check
