Now, let's talk about you.

We're looking for a superstar Sales Administrator to join our high-performing, energetic and friendly team.

This full-time, Monday to Friday role (no weekends) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Calm, capable and efficient under pressure

- Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems

- Exceptionally organised with great time management

- Positive, motivated and a real team player

- A clear and confident communicator

- Open to learning and growing within a supportive environment

- Ideally experienced in real estate administration (but not essential)

- Pro-active and detail-oriented (you get things done, and you get them done right)

What you'll be doing:

- Preparing and managing agency agreements and sales contracts

- Coordinating digital advertising campaigns, including copywriting and proof reading

- Liaising with vendors, buyers, conveyancers, brokers and suppliers

- Providing general admin support to the sales team

- Maintaining and updating digital records and CRM databases
