**Reporting to the Head of Client Strategy, this role involves**:
- Developing and maintaining value-based relationships with key clients. 
- Analysis of client reports and offering solutions and cost saving initiatives. 
- Acting as the clients' key contact for all service level challenges. 
- Management of new client implementations. 
- Superior portfolio management in order to understand the clients' business and identify new opportunities. 
- Previous Operations Management or Client Relations Management experience. 
- Highly developed negotiation, presentation and communication skills. 
- Travel industry knowledge and experience. 
- Demonstrated success in building high quality and profitable relationships.
