Offer description

Join a quick-growing team that’s changing the way Australians invest.

We help Australians invest in their future through property—and our Finance Broking team is at the heart of it. As a Loan Processor, you’ll work side-by-side with our brokers to deliver a seamless finance journey for our clients, managing high-volume, complex loan applications with care, confidence, and absolute attention to detail.

If you're passionate about client experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love being part of a team that supports one another and wins together—this role is for you.

Why join us?

We’re not your typical finance firm. Our team is passionate, high-performing, and driven by real impact. We’ve helped thousands of Australians invest smarter and build a better future—and we do it by hiring people who care deeply about client experience, quality outcomes and working collaboratively.

- Fast approvals, high deal flow – Our brokers are busy. You’ll never be short on opportunities to showcase your capability.

- Flexible, supportive environment – Hybrid working and a team that backs you.

- Career progression & learning – Work alongside some of the industry’s best and grow with us.

- Values-driven culture – We prioritise integrity, accountability, and energy in everything we do.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the glue between brokers, lenders, solicitors, and clients—keeping every deal moving smoothly, with no detail overlooked.

- Manage client files from application through to settlement

- Communicate proactively with all stakeholders—no chasing required

- Coordinate with brokers to ensure loan structures are set up right

- Liaise with lenders to meet key milestones and avoid delays

- Keep clients informed, calm and confident throughout the process

- Maintain full compliance on every file before it closes

What Makes You a Great Fit?

- You’ve got 2+ years’ experience in mortgage broking or loan processing

- Strong understanding of loan structures (especially investment & construction)

- Tools like ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker (or similar CRM) and relevant broking tools are second nature to you

- You hold a Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking

But more importantly, you:

- Build trust quickly—with clients and team members alike

- Love being part of a tight-knit team and show up for your colleagues

- Communicate clearly, proactively and with empathy

- Can juggle competing deadlines without dropping the ball

- Care deeply about doing great work—and making a positive impact

Property investment knowledge (or personal experience as an investor) is a bonus, but not essential.

What’s In It For You?

- 🏡 The chance to help everyday Australians build wealth through property

- 🤝 A tight-knit team with big ambitions and zero ego

- 🎉 Don’t work on your birthday again. (We give you an extra day of annual leave to celebrate another lap around the sun.)

- 🏠 Discounted investment property options—grow your own portfolio

- 💻 A buzzing Cremorne office near Richmond Station

- 💬 Confidential EAP—we’ve got your back, always

- 💸Performance-oriented bonus structure

- ⚡ High energy culture that celebrates big wins and backs each other through the hustle

How to apply

Please send us your resume and a short cover letter on why this role excites you

Shortlisted candidates will complete a quick self-recorded video via Hireflix (up to 2 minutes per answer, with unlimited re-records)

Our process usually includes a first-round interview via Microsoft Teams, followed by a face-to-face second round. Occasionally, there may be a third round — we put a lot of care into making sure our culture is the right fit for you, and you’re the right fit for us.

Due to the high number of applications we receive, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
