Prime Pharmacy Group is opening a new greenfield community pharmacy in Brassel, Queensland, and we’re looking for Retail Assistants and Dispensary Technicians to join our founding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new pharmacy from opening, help establish workflows and culture, and build strong relationships with a growing local community.
About the roles
We’re building a whole new team and are recruiting for:
• Retail Assistants (all levels welcome)
• Dispensary Technicians (qualified and experienced)
You’ll work closely with the Pharmacist in Charge and wider team to deliver great customer experiences and support safe, efficient pharmacy operations.
💊 Dispensary Technician responsibilities
Depending on your experience, you may be involved in:
• Supporting the dispensing process and workflow
• Assisting customers at the dispensary counter
• Processing scripts accurately and efficiently
• Supporting Dose Administration Aids, staged supply, and adherence services
• Maintaining dispensary stock, organization, and cleanliness
• Working in line with QCPP standards and pharmacy procedures
This role suits someone who enjoys accuracy, teamwork, and contributing to patient care.
🛍️ Retail Assistant responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the face of the pharmacy and play a key role in building a loyal customer base by:
• delivering warm, confident customer service
• assisting customers with pharmacy and retail enquiries (within scope)
• supporting front‑of‑shop presentation and merchandising
• assisting with stock management and store standards
• supporting professional services and dispensary tasks where trained
• working collaboratively with the pharmacy team
