We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Bookings / Projects Coordinator.

Since 1998, Quiz Worx has had the privilege of performing over 12,000 live shows to more than 1,500,000 people. We utilize various mediums such as puppetry, music, chalk talks, animations, storytelling, drama, quick draw, comics, and other tools to present the Good News of Jesus.
Job Description:
The Bookings / Projects Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating all Quiz Worx show bookings and the Quiz Worx calendar. This role coordinates Quiz Worx creative projects from ideation to completion, managing people and processes to deliver projects on time with desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate show bookings and the Quiz Worx calendar.
* Work closely with the General Manager and Creative Director.
* Manage people and processes to deliver projects on time.
Requirements:
* An enthusiastic, proactive, can-do attitude.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Commitment to the ministry of Quiz Worx.
