As the Banking Community Leader, you'll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB's values at the Chadstone Branch. You will build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses to help meet their banking needs, and advocate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB's products and services.
In this role, you will
* Drive the overall performance of your branch through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction.
* Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross‑sale opportunities.
* Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience, ensuring your team seizes every opportunity to build customer advocacy.
* Ensure that the standards, procedures, and systems set out at NAB remain in place across the branch.
* Manage performance and strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in leadership, with the ability to inspire and influence others; experience in retail banking will be highly regarded.
