About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fidelity Group as a full-time Furniture Removal Driver/Offsider based in Strathpine, QLD.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of furniture and household items for our clients, ensuring a seamless and stress-free moving experience.
What you'll be doing
Safely load, transport and unload furniture and household items for residential and commercial clients
Operate a commercial moving vehicle in a safe and responsible manner
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with packing, loading and unpacking as required
Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with the wider logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of all moving jobs
What we're looking for
A valid Medium Rigid (MR) driver's licence with a clean driving record
Previous experience in furniture removal
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy furniture and equipment
A commitment to safety and a keen eye for detail
