**Your new role**
This Sales Training Manager will facilitate the development of high performing teams through ongoing coaching and training of retail dealership staff,
- Utilise engaging training resources to plan and execute training sessions and initiatives.
- Maximise financial sales opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
- Coach staff in finance and sales departments within dealerships.
- Facilitate formal training sessions (both face-to-face and virtual).
- Deliver retail finance instruction to engage Business Managers in promoting our products and brands.
- Educate on regulatory, company, and general guidelines relevant to acting as an agent for AAAF.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Coordinate and deliver training courses effectively using various mediums (face-to-face and virtual).
- Align with and promote adherence to the National Strategy.
- Support performance goals outlined in dealership Sustainability Plans.
- Diagnose problem areas affecting performance and compliance, implementing countermeasures.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training programs and content.
- Stay informed about changes to relevant products, services, and processes.
