Change Manager Role
This position oversees change management activities for projects within a program aimed at centralizing project delivery tools and data management to align with business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end change management, stakeholder engagement, and readiness planning.
Key Responsibilities
* To identify and assess potential changes, develop strategies to address their impacts, and implement mitigation measures.
* To collaborate with the Portfolio Change team to co-create communication plans tailored to project-specific and broader business needs.
* To design and deliver comprehensive training approaches to support effective change adoption.
* To facilitate workshops and engagement sessions to gather feedback and refine change management approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on executing change in IT projects and programs.
* Proven experience leading enterprise-level change initiatives and driving large-scale adoption.
* Certification in change management methodologies is preferred.
