We are seeking an experienced
Operations Manager
to lead our vehicle repair centre.
About the Role
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational running of the site. You will provide leadership and motivation to your team, ensuring targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Workshop Management:
oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management:
ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
Customer Service and Stakeholder Management:
provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration:
ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls;, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, Management Reports by utilising the tools provided to understand site performance.
Leadership and People Management:
oversee staffing on site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
