Responsibilities
- PC issue troubleshooting (by hotline/remote in) and inquiry
- Users mailbox issues troubleshooting
- Physically setup and install new PC/laptop/monitor/desk phone for users
- Install new PC software/company application/anti-virus for users
- Install/replace PC hardware for users (e.g. graphic card, RAM card)
- Install additional IT peripherals (e.g. printer/headset/webcam/docking)
- Update PC’s operation system/software/anti-virus to latest version
- User desk cable re-organization and tidy up
- Work with client’s IT team for requested tasks
- Mobile device and application basic installation and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in desk side support highly desirable; however entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Exposure to Windows Active Directory workplace
- Willingness to learn and a proactive attitude 
- Good communication skills
