Role

This is a highly autonomous role with you reporting directly to the Operations Manager. No two days will ever be the same, there will be travel involved daily throughout your area. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure all current clients are receiving the highest level of service and that your team is delivering on the brand promise. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients and some quoting. The region covered is the Sunshine Coast.

Other responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining strong and lasting client and cleaner relationships

Following up on quotes and closing sales opportunities

Conducting site visits to accurately quote new opportunities

On-boarding new clients

Resolving any disputes in a timely manner

Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained

About You

You have strong leadership skills, are well-presented, have strong time management skills, are highly organised, and you have a sharp eye for detail. You can build quick rapport with people from all walks of life. You have strong customer service skills. You are comfortable managing a team of cleaners.

Other Attributes include:

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in achieving KPIs

Ability to engage with all stakeholders

Previous experience in coordinating teams in multiple locations

Strong commercial acumen

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Reliable and professional attitude

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Can work autonomously

Reward

You will receive full training and continued support from your peers. The salary is $80,000 + superannuation and car allowance. There are career progression opportunities on offer for the right person. Although this role is highly autonomous, you will join a highly supportive and collaborative team.
