An exciting opportunity to join the Blue Mountains Mental Health Team as an Enrolled Nurse. This role contributes to collecting accurate health care information and maintaining accurate health care documentation as required and communicate effectively with consumers and other health care team members in accordance with appropriate protocol.
The successful incumbent will ensure provision of safe consumer care and provision of care activities to consumers in accordance with the nursing care plan and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse specific to service needs.

What You Will Bring To The Role
* Current registration Division 2 (without notation) - Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Experience and demonstrated skill in mental health nursing
* Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
* Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide recovery focused and trauma informed person centred care that is family inclusive and culturally sensitive
* Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
* Experience working in a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening or night shift across all days of the week according to the unit/service requirements.
