About the Role
Reporting to the Transactional Accounting Manager, you will be a vital part of our Accounts team. You'll manage the end-to-end AR function with a specific focus on SAH and NDIS accounts, ensuring our financial records are as balanced as our meals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Payment Precision: Accurately processing and allocating payments against outstanding invoices.
* Collections Management: Proactively managing debt collection for SAH and NDIS accounts to meet team KPIs.
* Customer Care: Acting as a professional point of contact for account queries, invoicing, and monthly statements.
* System Maintenance: Generating invoice batch files, performing reconciliations, and keeping customer records up to date.
* Process Support: Preparing refund documentation and assisting with ad-hoc finance projects.
What You Bring to the Table
You are a numbers person who doesn't lose sight of the people behind the accounts. You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in your accuracy.
* Experience: Proven background in Accounts Receivable or a similar transactional finance role.
* Technical Savvy: Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with NDIS or SAH billing processes is highly regarded.
* Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills—you know how to be firm yet professional.
* Drive: The ability to work independently in a KPI-driven environment while remaining a true team player.
