As a New Vehicle Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz Mornington, you will be at the forefront of the Mercedes-Benz Brighton experience, delivering premium service, building long-lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every client drives away with confidence and excitement.
What you'll be doing:
* Facilitating the sale of new and demonstrator Mercedes-Benz vehicles using proven strategies and resources.
* Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored vehicle solutions.
* Demonstrating the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, and technologies.
* Promoting aftersales services and Mercedes-Benz Finance options.
* Following up leads, quotations, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring dealership and brand standards compliance.
* Managing and optimising the customer lifecycle through relevant CRMs
* Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
* Supporting marketing initiatives, launches, and competitor analysis.
What you'll bring:
* Previous automotive sales experience (luxury or retail environment highly regarded).
* A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering premium experiences.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
