Your new role:
The Senior Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist will deliver advanced clinical services within the Advanced Practice Hand Clinic (APHC) at Logan Hospital. Working as part of a highly skilled interprofessional team, this role will focus on delivering safe, effective and patient-centred care.
In this role you will:
Deliver high quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy services.
Provide supervision, guidance and training to junior clinicians, students and Allied Health Assistants.
Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical education initiatives.
Actively participate in research, service improvement and departmental activities.

You will be a motivated and collaborative professional with strong clinical expertise and a commitment to patient-centred care. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven knowledge, skill, and experience in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapy service delivery.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary settings.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage complex clinical caseloads.
Experience in providing supervision, training, and support to less experienced staff and students.
