Product Designer

We’re seeking a Product Designer to help shape the future of packaging. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate in Industrial or Product Design (or equivalent) to kickstart their career in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop creative packaging solutions and prototypes.
- Create and manipulate 2D and 3D CAD files to bring concepts to life.
- Lead innovation for key accounts, engaging directly with customers.
- Produce high‑quality paper and board packaging prototypes using advanced equipment.
- Work across a suite of business systems including ArtiosCAD, WebCenter, Print IQ, Salesforce, QAD, DetInform, and Adobe Suite.
- Operate prototyping tools such as the Kongsberg Cutting Table, 3D Printer, and Vacuum Former.
- Learn product estimating to understand the commercial impact of design decisions.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- A degree in Industrial/Product Design or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to translate 2D concepts into 3D prototypes.
- Advanced digital skills, especially in 2D/3D CAD platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
Desirable
- Experience with packaging‑specific CAD platforms.
- Exposure to packaging design and/or manufacturing environments.
