Job Summary

Responsibilities
Provide advanced scrub nursing support for orthopaedic and spinal procedures, including preparation of operative lists, maintaining aseptic technique, ensuring equipment readiness, and assisting the surgeon and anaesthetist throughout the operation. Support postoperative patient care and contribute to continuous improvement of theatre processes.
Requirements
* NMC/HCPC registration (essential)
* Surgical scrub experience in orthopaedics (hip/knee arthroplasty, ACL)
* Spinal scrub experience (desirable)
* First Assist qualification (desirable)
* Anaesthetic experience (desirable)Ability to work independently and as part of a team
