Client Manager, Strata – Marsh
Are you ready to take the lead in a dynamic and growing Strata team? Marsh is seeking an experienced insurance professional to join us as a Client Manager based in Sydney, where you will play a pivotal role in managing our NSW strata team and driving success with key client accounts.
Responsibilities
* Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with key Strata accounts by delivering expert advice tailored to their insurance programs.
* Anticipate and meet client needs through proactive, hands‐on account management and outstanding service delivery.
* Oversee service excellence across new business quoting, renewals, and claims management.
* Collaborate with account managers to identify and pursue exciting new business opportunities.
* Lead, mentor, and coach the NSW team, serving as the go‐to expert for broking and claims issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant insurance broking experience.
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Certificate.
* Strong technical expertise in Strata insurance is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to build meaningful relationships at all levels.
* A keen eye for spotting and developing new business opportunities.
* Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams.
