Key Responsibilities:
* Guide clients through selections, ensuring clarity around documentation and customisation options
* Conduct Prestart Selection Meetings with professionalism, empathy, and strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
* Prepare and process plan and addenda changes with accuracy and attention to detail
* Liaise professionally and effectively with clients and internal departments to keep projects running smoothly
* Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
* Compile and update mood boards and selection schemes for internal design references and client selections
* Manage online selections portal (Constructive) for client selections, ensuring accurate and current product data, imagery, and options
You Will Need
* Proven experience conducting Prestart Meetings and managing variations/addenda changes
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents and plans
* A proactive, adaptable attitude with excellent time management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Truth Engine experience a plus)
* Solid understanding of residential building process
* A professional, well-presented demeanor
