The Role
Reporting to the Head of Property, the Assistant Leasing Asset Manager supports the management of OTR Group's national property and leasing portfolio. This role plays a key part in maximising asset performance through effective lease administration, stakeholder coordination and asset reporting across our Fuel & Retail network.
You Will Provide
Support the management of leasing and property assets across the OTR portfolio
Assist with lease administration including documentation, renewals and variations
Coordinate with tenants, internal stakeholders and external advisors on leasing matters
Support leasing negotiations through analysis, documentation and approval processes
Maintain accurate lease, asset and property records
Monitor asset performance, occupancy and key leasing metrics
Contribute to property reporting, forecasts and portfolio updates
Coordinate property-related enquiries with Facilities, Legal and Finance teams
Support due diligence for new sites, acquisitions and asset changes
Contribute to continuous improvement of property and leasing processes

About You
Qualification in Property, Business, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline (desirable)
Experience in property, leasing, asset management or a related support role
Exposure to lease documentation and asset administration
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and property or document management systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
