What are we looking for?
Must have Approved Managers red card from liquor and gaming
* 2+ years experience in a similar leadership role
* Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays as per business demands
* Demonstrated ability to 'surprise' our guests
* Confidence and the ability to approach people to initiate conversations
* A KPI driven and customer service focused individual
* You are genuinely passionate about food and beverage
* Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
* High security awareness
* Outcome driven approach to performance and results
* Current Licensed Manager Alcohol and First Aid certification
* Unlimited working rights in Australia
Desirable:
* Previous cinema experience
* Understanding of AV equipment, set-up and presentation
