Summary:
As the Residential Manager, you will take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our aged care home, ensuring it remains a safe, supportive, and high-quality environment for both residents and staff. This is a rewarding opportunity to step into a senior leadership role where you can drive positive change, strengthen clinical and operational performance, and lead with purpose and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant aged care legislation and accreditation standards.
* Lead, inspire, and support a multidisciplinary team to consistently deliver person-centred, high-quality care.
* Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, rostering, and resource planning.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, staff engagement, and resident satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with residents, families, and internal teams to address feedback and enhance service delivery.
* Oversee the implementation and review of quality care systems, ensuring ongoing compliance and best practice.
What We're Looking For:
* A Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration is preferred but not essential.
* Previous leadership experience in residential aged care or health operations.
* Solid understanding of aged care quality standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance requirements.
* Strong operational and strategic capabilities, with a results-driven mindset.
* A genuine passion for aged care, team development, and making a lasting impact.
