About the Role
The Business Partnership Specialist provides high-level operational expertise and systems management for the Advancement, Alumni and Events unit. This role has significant responsibility for donor fund management, including processing and auditing of donations, and provides strategic recommendations to the Senior Executive regarding fund allocation.
This position is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency through systems administration, business process improvement, strategic financial oversight and stakeholder engagement across university units.

The successful candidate will demonstrate event management expertise, coordinating resources, managing timelines and budgets across multiple locations while understanding protocols for senior executives. They will have strategic communication skills enabling effective event activations aligned with university initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities are essential, including representing the organisation and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. This role will lead teams across different locations, guiding a high-performance culture committed to service excellence and their strategic thinking will develop event strategies enhancing the university's brand, implementing innovative approaches and identifying improvement opportunities.
