Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Agribusiness Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across our entire value chain. You will be responsible for recording and actioning transactions in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that information provided is accurate and up-to-date. Your ability to work well within a team environment, prioritize tasks, and balance your own workload with that of the team's activities will be essential in achieving our goals. Key responsibilities include attending to queries in a timely manner, developing and maintaining effective relationships with Sales and Distribution staff, and liaising with various stakeholders (internal / external) to ensure seamless end-to-end processing. You will also be required to bring your relationship-building skills to maintain strong relationships both within your team and across the wider Business and Agri Team. Additionally, you will be proactive in dealing with exceptions/escalated issues, providing viable solutions to avoid their repetition.
