Workfast is currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled All-Rounders to join our client's long-term infrastructure project located in Mildura, VIC, operating on a 3:1 roster.
* $ $55.00 per hour + Penalties + superannuation

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded national organisation providing services across the industrial, construction, and environmental sectors. They are seeking versatile and committed Multi-Skilled All-Rounders to support ongoing operations across various disciplines.
Candidates must have excellent references and a proven track record of adhering to strict safety standards.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, multi-skilled position requiring individuals who can perform a variety of tasks and adapt as needed across the project. Applicants should demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a broad range of skills relevant to the civil and construction environment.

The role:
* Perform labouring duties, as required
* Operate plant equipment (e.g., Front-End Loader, Excavator)
* Concreting and doing formwork
* Rigging
* Dusty and loud working environment
* Self-time management/teamwork
* Ensure safe working procedures & efficient use of machinery at all times
Requirements:
* MUST willing to relocate to Mildura
* Australia's full working rights
* Current Driver's Licence
* White card
* Plant tickets
* Proven experience in the mining, quarrying, or civil construction industries
* Knowledge of safety design in construction, maintenance, and operation.
* Pre-employment Medical Check
* Willing to undergo a National Police check
* Willing to work hard and have a 'can do attitude'
* Drivers Licence and own vehicle
