This will shift how ITS teams function, requiring new skills, processes and technologies.
A corporate services review will also bring change to centralised functions.

As Senior Program Director, Digital Enablement Program, you will lead a program of work within Information Technology Services (ITS) focused on delivering key elements of the department's ICT strategy.You will oversee the replacement of legacy systems and support the shift towards core and common platforms across the department.
This will require managing organisational development, realignment and communication initiatives to ensure the ITS team and broader department are equipped to operate within a new digital service model.Key AccountabilitiesStrategically direct and deliver the Digital Enablement Program to ensure effective design, scope and implementation aligned to program goalsDrive alignment, service design and business improvement initiativesProvide expert advice on IT solutions that support optimal service delivery, including interdependencies with other digital programsDrive cultural and operational change to meet performance and customer experience standardsEnsure sound program management including financial control, risk mitigation, business continuity and delivery assuranceLead procurement activities and offer clear, independent advice throughout procurement processesBuild collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholders, including judiciary and non-judiciary groupsProvide operational leadership to internal staff and contractors, ensuring knowledge transfer and team cohesion.About YouYou are a credible and strategic leader with experience delivering enterprise-wide ICT programs and transformations.
