The role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with food preparation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, managing inventory, and ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The Barista All Rounder will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the daily operations and overall customer satisfaction. For the right person this role could develop into a management position.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Barista craftsmanship, including preparing espresso-based beverages to high standardsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide a positive and welcoming experience for all customersHands-on experience or knowledge in Food Preparation and maintaining cleanlinessExcellent Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environmentA positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyPrior experience in a busy café or hospitality setting is a plusAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays is an absolute must as weekend work forms part of the hours.Manual driver's license and willingness to learn to drive the van to and from the trading position. Must have your own transport.Understanding the requirement to represent the best interests of the employer/business in your workplace conduct with other staff and customers alike.
