Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Dynamics 365 business applications. The Senior Applications Specialist will work with the business on developing and implementing automation strategies for business operations, with a focus on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
In addition to offering support, the role will build and maintain strong client relationships to provide technical guidance that supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead routine maintenance tasks and systems administration activities
* Support ongoing development, maintenance and deployment of application specific guides and documentations
* Quality Assurance of new applications
* Application Enhancements and drive efficiency strategies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Applications Specialist should have:
* Extensive experience as an Application Specialist
* Proficiency in application development and support
* Experience with supporting and maintaining Dynamics 365 applications
* Exceptional problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
