The Role
As a Graduate Property Analyst, you will work across multiple markets undertaking sophisticated and strategic real estate consultancy work.
You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and professional skills with dedicated mentors and gain extensive hands-on training.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Financial analysis, modelling, presentations and reporting
* Ongoing development and maintenance of property supply charts
* Preparation of property option reports, market surveys, site surveys/inspections, proposal co-ordination
* Client relationship management/account management
* Day to day management of delivery of our services
You will have the ability to understand and contribute to the business and operational needs of our clients and deliver outstanding work with a positive and client-centric attitude.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Advanced Excel and Word skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Superior organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients
* Interest in learning and understanding the commercial/industrial/retail property markets across Australia and New Zealand
* Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communication
* Ability to build, then manage positive and effective client relationships
