Job Description Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
Process onboarding and offboarding documentation for staff members.
Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees and management.
Prepare and distribute internal HR communications as needed.
Ensure compliance with workplace regulations and organisational policies.
Support payroll processing by providing necessary employee data.
Assist with general administrative tasks within the HR department.

The Successful Applicant A successful HR Administrator should have: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
Robust organisational and multitasking skills.
